It's a big stuffed animal, And inside it has the hand-shaped stuffing with filling further in that look like lentils. The only thing that the filling comes only in the fingers and what I did was put more filling in the palm of the hand so that my son feels a little more weight to support him when it comes to sleep. That is already in the decision of each one, to put more filling or to leave it that way. Otherwise it's super good. I recommend it
